I agree. Second terms are generally not good and with so much scandal surrounding BO over so many issues, it will not be good for him and the Mooch.
If he is still president for the next term then I suspect he will be insulated from Congress. He will be able to ignore them and eventually dismiss or replace Congress.
Sadly you are assuming that Boehner has a spine let alone a spine with steel in it . An impeachment of Obama by the Republican leadership wouldn’t happen even if he got caught raping a 12 year old little girl on the Capitol building front steps.
