That is happening now and ironically it is their first black president that is opening their eyes. The south side Chicago blacks, those he “community organized” are ready to throw out the Democrats. I would not be surprised to see Chicago go Repubican on Tues. I wouldn’t bet the farm, but I won’t rule it out. I was in Chicago the last few days and I did not see one Obama sign or bumper sticker. I was welcoming a new grandson and I probably didn’t have my eyes peeled for signs at all times, but I was looking for them as I drove into the city from the south, right past his Hyde park neighborhood. NO signs, NO bumper stickers. I did hear that every home in Maywood had them but my visit was limited to Gold Coast and Lincoln Park. Actually, I didn’t see any political signage in these neighborhoods. Putting out a Romney sign would be very much like painting a target for the “wilders”. I do remember these same areas being flooded with Obama garbage prior to the 08 election.
