Awesome pics;

Need advice for trans-planting dwarf blueberries, rasperries, and largger stuff now in 15 gallon tubs, like meyer lemons which shoud look like a tree but looks like a good yielding bush, and a mandarin organge tree with fruit turning orange.

San Antonio. Caliche soil. Should I leave them in the pots or put them in the ground?

Really need to make a decision.

The pics are from tubebender. I am pretty new at the gardening scene so I am not sure what to tell you. I do know that when Hubby transplanted the blue berries and blackberries, he dug out the clay soil about 6 inches all around and below the plants.

He filled that hole under and around the plants with topsoil he bought by the truckload from a farm. The blueberries had to have acidic soil which he tested with a tool he got from Walmart. One of the local garden supply stores sold him the stuff to add to the soil.

Hope that helps. Friday I will start a new thread, and maybe one of the more experienced gardeners will have some advice, if you re-post your question. I also rely on College extension office for my state, so you might want to check that out too for your state university
