If you live in an apartment you need to have a bugout plan. What would you do if you had no heat, power or water for several months?
I grew up north jersey where power outages lasted week with -16 temps.
Jersey shore high 40’ , like spring here. No tv and crappy 3G . Otherwise I’m good. At least I can watch Netflix with my unlimited cell plan now. Living the good life :)
