Maybe it doesn't want to win is because, with Benghazi. there will surely (hopefully) be investigations and he probably doesn't want to face impeachment hearings. Impeachment and possible removal.
I don't think he would include such in his third autobiography!
Maybe a smart person will write a biography including Benghazi, big time. I would smell money if a biography handled THIS story of what really happened in Real Time
In fact, call the book "OBAMA: A BIOGRAPHY IN REAL TIME".
