you mean like the Barney Frank deception???
This is a good point and every day I am praying against voter fraud. Thank you for posting!
Wouldn’t it be cool if we also had a law that required any and all presidential candidates to present to the public ALL relevant documents, such as their birth certificate, tax returns, and college transcripts?
I’d really rather vote in July. No real reason I can’t walk the 150 yards to the polling place in November, I just don’t wanna.
In other words, a voter gets a ballot no matter what happens. An election judge could write the candidate choices on a piece of toilet paper, put a number on it, and sign it and it becomes an official ballot by that judge's signature.
I’d much rather see a law prohibiting voting PRIOR to election day (with the exception of traditional absentee voting). This early voting nonsense is ridiculous and an open invitation for cheating, election fraud, and manipulation of public opinion. It’s the worst idea next to election fraud itself.
It’s called Election Day for a reason.

11 days to go,the storm will pass.
Sorry, having cruise tickets does not work.
I remember being a young Marine stationed overseas during a presidential election and felt honored, special, for being able to vote without pulling a curtain back....because I could not be there while serving my country. I thought we were special then.
Article II Section 1 Clause 3:
The Congress may determine the Time of chusing the Electors, and the Day on which they shall give their Votes; which Day shall be the same throughout the United States.
Congress can change the date of the election if they fear a storm is coming, but the entire nation must vote on the SAME DAY (and only one "day") across the country.
No law can supercede the Constitution.

Watching & praying...
Great post, great question. As much as I despise early voting, late voting should not be allowed PERIOD. Early voting, mail voting et cetera, lends itself to fraud. Late voting would trump all of those. Provisional voting is a good example. Provisional votes are not counted until days after the election and are used to stuff the ballot box (Minnesota for Franken) and are bullsh*t. If you can’t vote on election day, tough cookies. The system is broken and the people are broken that accept this
Like all good ideas - there is a flip side. What if it was hitting down South and much of Mississippi and Alabama couldn’t vote? Could allow the more northern (more liberal) areas to swing the States.
