It looks like a partial thickness burn (blister-look near the inferior edge of the discoloration) and a dark soot smear. It is hard to tell if it is a hematoma or deep bruise.
That is f*cked up.
I think it is safe to say we are losing the war on drugs.
Fairly serious 2nd degree burn with some blistering . bet it hurts like Hell & the stuff you can”t see ie eye & hearing injuries need to be tested for. All I can say is that some folks need to get a real asshole of a lawyer to sue & make the lives of the sheriff & his staff a living hell.
