I’m not sure where I stand on this one. If you are being teased mercilessly, do you have any right at all to strike back physically? Or do verbal bullies get a free pass?

The Supreme Court has held that "fighting words" are not considered free speech - verbal bullies can actually be charged with a crime as the "fighting words" are designed to provoke a physical response and breech the peace.
