The best treatment of the Holocaust, was “War and Remembrance”. There are scenes that will never leave you, pretty gritty stuff for a made-for-TV series in the late 1980s.

I highly recommend that you find a way to view the film, “The Boy in the Striped Pajamas.” That one is excellent, as is "Devil's Arithmetic" for middle school or high school students in particular.
