He basically pins this on the State, for their coverup of 1998 and says it was reinforced within the Penn State B.O.T. through Ken Frazier (Merck attorney) and a lot of the "appointees" (from Harrisburg) on the board, not so much the "elected" (by the alumni) members of the board.

Erickson is faculty and Peetz is corporate (she's in a bit of mess with mellon ny bank, if I'm not mistaken).
