On the shooter, like others have said, he should have killed himself without involving other people in his own personal destruction. These whack jobs never do though.

That was very nice of him to kill himself.

Particularly since Wisconsin does not have the death penalty. He saved the taxpayers about $35,000 a year for the next 30 or so years. It was probably the only thoughtful thing he ever did in his miserable life.
