The big problem is using jets as missiles. If a bad guy wants to fly a Cessna into a building, he’s welcome to and may even take out a few people there. Of course that same person could drive a car or, especially a truck, into a crowd of people and take out a lot more people.
I know people here are not exactly TSA fans, but it is important to distinguish the real threats.

Yes you have. And the problem was creating a no-fly list that people could be put on at the whim of a Government Commissar for reasons known only to him.
Because people on that list have certain inalienable rights, they can still do things. The only way you can correct that is MOAH GOVERNMENT!
