A guy who nobody knows who he was on FR made a site called True Blue Freedom in 2009 or 2010 to attract people from FR who wanted a backup form and for all those interested.
But it devolved into a site when people against this site FR, calling it the TOS (The Other Site), started migrating to and ranting and attacking FR. Basically it was your garden variety Leftist and Rino who either had beef with this site or hated the site.
Well the original owner quit and let the site expire as he no longer piad for the website space. So it migrated to a new host renaming itself, with a new owner, True Blue Liberty. A lot of the Romney supporters belong to it now and people banned off here.
The crowd is as rino and leftist as it gets. at True Blue Liberty. They ran off that one guy who used to go after Palin on here but liked Bachmann as he was too conservative for them there.
Those people there are nuts.
I should add that those people have a specific section attacking FR on the site. A lot of names that people would know, even I don’t know all of them as I came in 2009. But I know some of the people who used haunt this site over there and turned on the site.
Despite there claims of free speech and allowing views they did get rid of someone who appeared under the Nickname of LMAO. Since all the posts got erased, I can’t tell you exactly what went down. But it sounds like he called them out and they didn’t like it. So away he went. They thought he was spy or something.
Why should we promote them here?
There was a thread posted yesterday named "Free Quix" with a handful of FReepers trying to influence JR to reverse the ban against him. I wonder if they were aware of his actions at TBL.
There are a few current FReepers posting over there under the same handle they use here, and Quix has been denigrating JR and FR for weeks before he was banned. I don't know the reason for his ban, but if I wanted to keep my FR account viable, I wouldn't run over to a site with fewer than 500 members on it, a forum dedicated solely to denigrating FR and FReepers and run down JR and then expect Jim not to flush the toilet.
Jim posted the link to TBL. I suggest that all the "Free Quix" posters go over there and read what Quix has been saying...this post today (which will be followed up by a dozen or two responses in the same vein, I'm sure) shows the picture of the true Quix....a narcissistic, grandiose egomaniac who has pulled the wool over the eyes of a few FReepers for years.
My advice to the webmaster at TBL....you would be well served to simply do away with the TOS forum if you are expecting your site to in ANY way become viable as a conservative option. The obsession with FR of some of your number is actually pathetic and I don't see what you stand to gain by following your present course.

It's a site which is overrun with loopy feminists, atheist manginas, and concern trolls. If people are looking for an alternative to FR, that site isn't one of them.
