After Roberts: FreedomWorks' Five-Point Plan to Fully Repeal ObamaCare (resist we much)
FreedomWorks ^ | 6/30/2012 | Dean Clancy

Although Chief Justice John Roberts this week tragically provided the fifth vote, and the contorted logic, that enabled the Supreme Court to uphold ObamaCare, "We the People" can still repeal it.

Here's our five-point plan for doing so.

Stop your state from setting up an ObamaCare exchange.

Get your state to opt out of the ObamaCare Medicaid expansion.

Elect 4 additional pro-repeal Senators, which would give us a pro-repeal majority.

Retain and if possible enlarge the existing House majority, which is committed to full repeal.

Elect a president who will sign the full repeal bill.

KEYWORDS: obamacare
One creative way to fight exchanges is by passing a Health Care Freedom Act, a state law that protects two rights:

http://www.alec.org/initiatives/health-care-freedom-initiative/

1. The right to choose not to participate in any health care system or plan under pain of law.

2. The right to spend your own money to get access to any lawful health care service.

Such a law effectively prohibits state officials from cooperating in the enforcement of ObamaCare's individual mandate or in the establishment or maintenance of an ObamaCare exchange, which is so closely connected to the mandate.

14 states have passed a Health Care Freedom Act to date:

Arizona Idaho George Indiana Louisiana Missouri North Dakota Ohio Oklahoma Tennessee Kansas New Hampshire Utah Virginia

3 states have put the Health Care Freedom Act on the ballot (to be voted on, on November 6th):

Alabama Florida Wyoming

Thats nice, but for that to work we would need to amend the US Constitution. The amendment would have to say something like "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

With an Amendment like that, the SCOTUS could have never approved obongocare.

Look at the timing of Obama’s immigrant amnesty and the timing of the SCOTUS Obamacare decision.

That’s all you need.

Sorry, but I really do need more information on the connection between immigrant amnesty and Roberts' support of Obamacare. Please enlighten.

My fallback is to go Galt.
I have preparations to completely fall off the grid.

No payroll, no IRS, no address.

I will become the American Gypsy.

This.

Do you think the Obama crowd is capable of suggesting to the judge that 'irregularities' were found in his childrens' adoption records?

Thanks for the link. That explains a lot.

Yes, the Obama crowd is both capable and likely to do something like that to Roberts.

The question is "Is Roberts susceptible to blackmail when his kids' lives may be at stake?"

I cannot answer for Roberts, but I think he should come clean about the details of his kids' foreign adoption. The truth will eventually come out anyway.

If I were Roberts, I would have moved my family to a safe place, perhaps in a foreign country, then voted to strike down Obamacare. As soon as Obama was out of office, if I could last that long, I would resign as Chief Justice and move to be with my family.

It's a tough choice when you have to weigh the safety of your family against doing the right thing. I wouldn't like to have that on my conscience.

If it were simply a matter of going to jail for "past illegalities" I would have struck down the law, then resigned and gone to jail. That would have been the honorable thing to do. I would then be "free" to tell the American people how the Obama crowd tried to threaten me, but failed.

If a Supreme Court justice so easily gives in to intimidation, then maybe he shouldn't be a supreme court justice.
