Funny, but the more Ivy graduates you throw at a government problem, the bigger the disaster you create.

There are many good arguments against ACA, but I’m not sure this is one of them. 75% of cost borne by people making less than $120,000 a year.

OK, but...

Only about 4% of the population makes above $120,000. Which means 4% of the population is paying 25% of the cost of ACA.

Exactly what the other 75% think they want. Someone to pay extra so they can pay less.

so... if you are poor, making like $20K a year and supporting a family, and your employer does not buy health care for you, do you have to pay the $3K per year ‘fine’ for not buying health care?

or does your employer?

or does he fire some, to pay the extra fines? and make the rest of your work harder and/or raise his rates?

If the Republicans could not stop this monstrosity they should have INSISTED that all of it become active immediately- so that the public could know what was coming

We have not even seen the worst of this piece of crap yet - not by a long shot

The problem is most of his supporters think people who make $120,000 a year are “rich”.

The mandates in that case are a twofer in terms of putting money in the government’s pocket.

(1) Your employer will pay a fine (up to $3,000 per employee) for not providing health care;

(2) You will pay a fine (between $695 and many thousands of dollars depending on income) if you do not buy one of three government approved healthcare plans.
