Skip the judge and go for a reasonable prosecutor.
Get one of those and the whole problem goes away. (legally anyways)

He's entitled to more reasonable bail now than two months back, because after two months of publications of discovery documents, we find that the prosecution had no case then and less of one now.
I sure hope that O'Mara is prepared to play hardball on Friday.
