Jersey City shoplifter hits legal system 'milestone': Her 50th arrest, cops say

A Jersey City woman charged with shoplifting at the Newport Centre Mall yesterday has 27 prior convictions for the offense and the new charge represents her 50th arrest, officials said.
Bail was set at $20,000 with a 10 percent option when Pamela Miller, 53, of Dales Avenue, made her first court appearance on the charge today she shoplifted numerous items at Macy's yesterday.

Reminds me of an old tale about 2nd graders touring Justice in DC and the guide pointed out the posters of the 10 most wanted.
