I would imagine that, we’re not supposed to talk about him yelling “Allah Akbar” (sp?) We’re not supposed to talk about his being Muslim. While liberals will surely say that they are against beheadings, they will say it’s presumptuous to blame this tragedy in some way on Islam, which after all, is a religion of peace.
Or, to say another way, liberals will think beheadings done by anyone are tragic, and we shouldn’t focus on what would motivate someone to do such a thing.

1. Berlin needs a government program to bring in more foreign guests so that Islamists under stress will have more of their fellow Muslims to guide them in these cultural decisions.
2. Germany must provide more diversity training to the government workers who oversee the welfare programs that support these guests, so that their public servants will value a broad range of differences in culture.
These two simple steps will probably solve the problem. People like this poor husband, a man who deserves our sympathy because he is now a widower, can find other options for venting their frustration. If that doesn't work, the German Government can always bring out America's solution: midnight basketball. If even that doesn't reduce the rate of honor killings, who are the Germans to say that their culture is right and Islamic culture is wrong on values?
How about deportation? A canoe and a paddle and nothing else.
