Since the tweet was a day ago, I'd have to assume either a major part of the United States is a hazmat area, or it was just a minor spill and some idjiot decided that it'd be really cool if there was an automated warning to send out to people in the event of a disaster, not realizing it would go off for any normal lab accident.
