Case in point...ESPN was referencing the Detroit Tigers’ Delvin Young’s court hearing today...aggravated assault...but left out the ‘hate crime’ part.
ESPN does all it can to alter the image of thug athletes.

Highly instructive video ... a picture really is worth a thousand words and all that. As other posters say, the U.S. mainstream media will totally avoid this case, but it is likely to get considerable play in the British media (and of course the Japanese).
