James McGovern Can't -- or Won't -- Read
Office of Congressman James McGovern | 5/25/12

Posted on 05/25/2012 11:34:46 AM PDT by pabianice

I recently wrote to Rep. McGovern urging him to support the Sportsmen's Heritage Act of 2012.

In response, I received this bone-headed letter.

I don't know whether he simply sends his Liberal talking-points to everyone who writes to him, or whether he really is as stupid as this makes him look. Either way, the very Flower of Massachusetts Politics. Even John Iservedinvietnam Kerry has actually responded to letters from me.

Both. Jimbo McUngovernable’s staff sends the same crap to everyone who writes him at his instruction and he make Plugs Biden look like a genius.

At least 90% of all constituent letters get “the bug letter” as a reply, sent by a very junior staffer.

You got the “gun nut” letter from a very, very junior staffer.

I always thought my congressman had maybe 10 or 12 paragraphs for all occasions. A staffer, in preparing a response to any constituent’s letter, picks from these canned paragraphs. I've written my congressman on several occasions, and his responses contain some of the same language.

I pay this guy's salary and he can't be bothered to respond with anything but a form letter.
