I grind my own wheat and corn for flour and cornmeal so it is fresh right then. Since baking powder doesn’t keep indefinitely, I have lots of cream of tarter, baking soda and corn starch stored to make my own baking powder.
I will do that, too. I wonder how long baking powder does last since I have several bags of SR flour and meal.
