What if, once he is out of office they address the constitutional elligibility issue hanging over Obama? What if they find his presidency unconstitutional? Does that mean everything he has done is undone? I’m just curious. I don’t really much about this scenario, I was just doing a little wishful thinking this morning over coffee.

Unfortunately IMO, nothing will be done about it after the disaster leaves office. Let's hope he doesn't declare himself El Presidente for life by executive order.

Re: “What if, once he is out of office they address the constitutional elligibility issue hanging over Obama?”

Sadly, there is little hope of that. Consider the rationale for burying all info on the Kennedy assignation until everyone alive at the time had died - and at the other extreme of significance, the suppression of the wholesale vandalism by exiting Clintonians, from theft of public property by the Clintons themselves to the removal of all the “W” keys from white house computers.

Bush presaged his coming failure to respond to leftist misdeeds by instructing his staff to quietly ignore the “petty” crimes.

What we need is for the incoming republican administration to make an honest investigation (not a witch hunt) and then formally abandon the absurd policy of burying truth in the classified wastebasket, “..because the american public couldn’t stand the truth..”

The lesson from recent European elections is that we are going to have to go through some pain to recover from a century of the “progressive agenda” and the american public will only bite the bullet if they are convinced they are fully informed and acting in their proper character as “we the people” who authorize our government to take the necessary action.

Like it or not, he was sworn in as President. He took the Oath of Office. His terrm runs until 2013 (unless re-elected) or Impeachment and Conviction. And then it is a matter of history.

There is no mechanism to “undo” the actions of a prior administration except for repealing legislagtion by congressional vote or executing executive orders as allowable.

Yes, it does mean that everything he’s done would be null and void. But I’m afraid your wishful thinking is in supposing that “they” address the constitutional eligibility issue “hanging over” Obama (does he seem like he’s worried about it?). Oh, some have tried and they get routinely, summarily ignored and/or shut down.

Wonder what Sheriff Joe’s doing lately on this.
