Read page two, plus they will undoubtedly make it a crime to disable the sensors. After all, if everyone is a criminal of some sort, the authorities can decide which laws to enforce selectively to control subversive tendencies.

It’s not as simple as that. They will probably integrated the system into the ignition. Disable the black box and the vehicle won’t start.
