He said something about turning 50 (?) which would peg his birth a couple years earlier than 1961.

We have no way of knowing if his dad was a British subject, or if his mom was too young to convey citizenship, and where he was really born.

WND still owns the rights to the book, and apparently they've made it very clear to Free Republic how they're work can be displayed. The fact that the book can be read or downloaded online is irrelevant unless WND themselves made it available. The legality of that link is questionable.
