Knowing how common planets are, just looking at a photo like this just has me imagining the trillions of worlds and civilizations that must reside in this one image.

Looks about like other spiral galaxies we see. Perhaps a little more ‘dusty’ than usual. Could be a smoke screen to hide their mother ship!
