Stupid program, but what else can you expect from politicians and bureaucrats. Should have to bring them whole to a disposal station, like checking in deer, rather than just uploading a picture. Fraud is gonna kill this effort.

How accessible are disposal stations? I wonder how many backcountry folks have digital photo capability. You bring up a good point. Then, again, if you can figure out how to make them taste good, it makes sense to eat what you kill. (Bugs and vermin don’t count.)
