They are talking about adolescents with extreme mental retardation. These people as they mature are not capable of understanding much about sexuality at all, and are tragically taken advantage of and used by predators at alarming rates. It’s heartbreaking— and I wouldn’t automatically jump to sterilization as a right answer. But somehow there needs to be a way to have a frank discussion of all the facets of the problem and all the possible elements of solutions, without that discussion slipping instantly into death-camp territory.*************************************
