An administrative law judge in Georgia could decide as early as this week whether voters in the state convinced him Barack Obama’s name should be removed from the 2012 presidential ballot because he is not qualified to hold the office.

Whatever the outcome in Georgia, the issue is gaining traction in other states, too, including Alabama, Tennessee, Arizona, New Hampshire, and even Illinois, Obama’s home political base.
There, in a complaint recently filed by Stephen F. Boulton of McCarthy Duffy LLP and Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation, their client is asking for a change in state law to allow the vetting of political candidates.

I am kinda convinced that Soros’s group wants this “elgibility issues” so they can declare a “constitution emergency” during the election or after the election and usher in a “color revolution”.
Also the “apparent lack of concern” by Obama and his handlers about his re-election also make me worry that they could be using this to excuse an overturned election after he looses in a general election they could blame it on the some of the states “unconstitutionally keepiing him off the ballot” and use it as a good excuse to suspend/overturn the election in November.

A lot of people are going to be eating crow come summer/fall of 2012. I also wouldn’t put it past the Dims to use this issue of Obama not being on State Ballots to Obama’s advantage by claiming their state governmnets are being “racist” and using it as an excuse for the Obama Admin to force more un-constitutional control against the states.

Have you not noticed everything this bunch does is unconstitutional? Obama care,fast and furious,Soylandra, recess appointments? How can you be skeptical? Obama is a communist, his mentor said 25 million could be killed for the revolution. That says something? Does it not?
