Please pardon my ignorance, but the only whippet I’m familiar with is the sight hound that looks like a smaller greyhound. I’m really not up on the newest stoner terms, but whipped cream and nitrous sounds like some kind of laughing meth.
It’s laughing gas. Nitrous oxide. Usually in small cylinders used for a brief high. Gives you a headache if done repeatedly.
At the restaurant, we had a giant cylinder used for making whipped cream.
