Regarding the one from Florida, you may recall that Florida resisted NHTSA for years, but each year NHTSA upped their bid. When NHTSA raised their bid to $35 million, the legislature decided to sell out their constituents and take the money. We fought them every inch of the way but lost. Yes, and Rubio also came out a few days ago and said that he was withdrawing his support for SOPA becauase he had examined it and heard from his constituents and it was not a good idea.
I don’t think Rubio’s statements about Romney were necessarily an endorsement of Romney, particularly since they seem to be cherry-picked by the media. That said, it’s possible that he is endorsing Romney, which would be very disappointing...and I hope he manages to repair his bridges with President Gingrich.
He also voted yes to NDAA
