Actually, it appears that there are at least 2 Olivias and 2 Faulivias, now that Peter has realized he's actually in an alternate pair of universes while he tries to return to his 2.

I’m curious how many times Anna Torv has to dye/re-dye her hair for the different episodes. Seems to me that they either have a twin/body-double or they’ve filmed numerous episodes/seasons back-to-back-to-back to ensure the right hair color is there. Or maybe they’re using digital magic?

FWIW, there are no indications as to how the hair issue is rectified on IMDB and numerous other blogs I read for Fringe.
