Boy oh boy I would love to hear the Justice Departments logic that gets them to the conclusion that voter photo ID laws will keep black people from voting. Not white people. Not brown people. Nope. JUST black people. Now why is that ya suppose?
Well, photographs rely on reflected light, and the color black doesn't relect light, so a black person can't have a photo ID, because you can't take their photograph. Or something.
