Name one.

My friend Sully. And his cousin Fitzie. And their friend from elementary school . . . I think his name was Dougie or something like that.

All that believers are promised are trials and tribulations. That question concerning a Divine Rabbits Foot was settled with Job. Else people would follow God (or pretend) for the sake of being protected. The trials on earth are to remind us to not get too comfortable here. This is only temporary.

A lot of people think you are lying and just made those names up.

Well, a lot of people are entitled to their own opinion. But Sully, Fitzie, and Dougie might be a bit peeved.

Are these real friends or imaginary ones? Quick, go to the window. What do you see? Are there bars over them? The people who bring you meals, do they wear white coats or uniforms?

“lying” is a harsh word.

I like Tebow, but I’m kind of glad this happened. People have built up the Tebow bandwagon to ridiculous levels, and it’s better that he’s brought down to Earth sooner than later.

I like Tebow, too. If his passing game gets more proficient, and if he can learn to read a defense like some of the top tier guys in the NFL (e.g., Brady, P. Manning, Rogers, Rapeburger), look out, spawn of Satan, because St. Tim is coming to town.

The three giveaways in two minutes didn’t help either. What a disappointing game. I think the Patriots are the better team, overall, but I was hoping to see a real contest. Instead, the Broncos practically gave it away.

Generally speaking, three turnovers should be enough to kill off an opponent, but that first quarter had many of us here in New England panicking, and after Indy came back in the 4th quarter a few weeks ago, people were questioning this team's ability to close out opponents. The D found a way to contain TT after the first quarter, though, and he didn't quite torch them again. The best part of the game was the 28 yard sack in garbage time.

God doesn’t care who wins a football game.

God cares about everything that happens. The only way that anything happens is because it pleases God.

Psalm 135:6
Whatever the LORD pleases, he does, in heaven and on earth, in the seas and all deeps.
