NORTH PLATTE, Neb. — A North Platte man has been sentenced to a year in jail for being drunk when he drove his lawn mower on a city street on his way to a liquor store.

Sod off arseportal. So you want to start to pick & choose what laws are enforced and what ones aren’t? Yeah, this appears absurd on the surface - but if we’re going to have DWI laws on the books, they should be enforced. Period. Even if its a Segway on a side-street.
How about a Segway on the sidewalk?
