I made the oreo turkeys and marshmallow pilgrim hats and they were a hit! Everyone had to take pictures of the turkeys. No one wants to eat the last one, lol.
Have the carcass boiled so it’s turkey soup day.

I (gently) boiled my turkey carcass for a few hours last night. This morning I pulled out the stuff that was not good to eat, added a bag of carrots, a bunch of celery, sauteed onion and garlic, some additional meat and some pre-cooked rice. Added some stock and bouillion cubes and presto; delicious soup for the family.
