“Spice” is now illegal but there are plenty of other brands sold as incense or potpourri. They're sold in small foil bags or jars at small grocery stores and smoke shops. Usually there is a subtle pot reference on the packaging. There are no restrictions or controls on what's inside until their contents are banned.

If one does smoke, they should smoke real MJ instead of this stuff. It is not physically addictive, completely non-toxic and has no proven long-term side effects. It has been used for thousands of years.

“Spice” is sprayed with unknown chemicals that could have been discovered last year. There are reports of death and addiction. A few months ago I overheard some kids talking about how they smoke it instead of MJ because of price but it gives them headaches sometimes. Sad

One of the many ways in which drug criminalization does more harm than good.
