I'd almost agree, but now that the Marlins are moving into a true dedicated baseball stadium at the former Orange Bowl site (e.g., lot easier to get to for fans in Dade County) with retractable roof to shield against summer afternoon thunderstorms, I believe attendance will be WAY higher.

And the Marlins have the nucleus for a potentially great team, too.

Perhaps - but I will never haul my kids another hour drive south into central Miami to get to the Orange Bowl. All the fans north of Hollywood are going to say Adios after getting snagged in the Miami post-game traffic.
