I think Romney has the nomination sewn up. And I think his nomination will be the GOP's suicide note. He will not get my vote under any circumstances. The outcome of an 0bama re-election would be the most grievous sort of armed conflict.
It's unpleasant to think that that's exactly what we need to restore this republic. Or go down fighting. But there it is.

Oh, I guess you’re one of those super smart guys in the know who believes that Diebold fixes the primary voting machines. Probably think the moon landings were faked.
If you have some actual evidence that the GOP has been running candidates who haven’t actually won the primaries, I’d love to laugh at it.

I think Palin will give her support to Mr. Cain.

It is pathetic and for those who love to trash Palin... this has nothing to do with her. Just the media trying to control the outcome of our election process... once again.

I didn’t find the story credible from the get-go (he said with suspiciously excessive bravado, almost as if trying to cover up his true feelings). Yes, I entertained it for about 30 seconds, but only because the pain of not having her in the race is so great. But no, I vote against shooting the “reliable source.” We are all grown-ups here, or should be. Getting a thick skin against disinformation attacks is just part of the job. (sigh)
To: itsahoot
It was sarcasm because I have seen Palin supporters proclaim that Palin was sent by God.The mere fact I had to explain shows that you are way to defensive of someone not even running and overly judgemental of those that saw all along she wasn't.
To: editor-surveyor
"Lets let the whole gang decide."
I'd support her (still got her bumper sticker on my truck) - don't think she's runnin', I think we have what we have right now.
I'm still pullin' for Bachmann, but think it'll be Perry, Cain, or Gingrich - all flawed, but all infinetly better than the Zero.

You have no earthly idea how Palin would be faring in the polls right now It is the sheer audacity of the pretence to clairvoyance that I find most entertaining about the Palin naysayers, then and now. They can not only tell the future with the certainty of deity, they can see past all the externals and read the heart intentions of someone they don't really know. I am slack-jawed with amazement. Such powerful beings hardly belong on FR leaving trivial mortal posts. They should be out betting on stocks and horses and working as psychics for the CIA. They are wasting their precious time with us.

We all will fight thru the gates of hell for her LLS. But this kind of innuendo and rumor is uncalled for.

You and me both. I also find it rather interesting, that even after Palin stepped aside, some people are still driven to mental dislocation by the mere mention of her name.
Boggles the mind, it does.

If she wasn’t a laughing stock after declining to run, this move would make her a laughing stock.

If she had run right out of the box she would have been my nominee.
Sarah Palin IS NOT going to change her mind. If she did it would make her a FLIP FLOPPER and that she is not.

I doubt she will change her mind, however I disagree with your line that she would be a flip flopper.
She could simply say that the family member that was against is now for.
Having the ability to reconsider something is a very good quality.
