The object definitely appears to be behind the spire in at least 1 frame, with the object showing on both sides of it, the middle part being obscured by the spire...

I was thinking meteor. The length is clearly aperture time blur, the little “dots” or “port holes” could be digital artifacts, especially with digital picture compression.
