Whether or not it’s too fast to be a meteor depends on how close it is to the camera. Meteors have been observed entering the atmosphere at over 72 km/sec. If it was a km away moving at 2 km/sec, it would flash across the screen in less than a second.

I'll have to retract my previous comment anyway. The discussion on Youtube reveals that it is a time lapse shot. One of them claims to see people on the lower left running at "300 mph." I don't see people but I do see objects/lights moving rapidly. Another poster says the photographer who took it was contacted and he says it was a shot taken over several days with a remote control dolly.
I saw two other rapid streaks of light that happened before the one they focused on and wondered why they weren't talking about those and looking closer at them too.
