The graph tells the real story: His approval rating has fallen from about 70% to 40% and his disapproval rating has risen from about 15% to 52%. Kinda proves the old “You can fool some of the people...” thingie.

It could include illegal immigrants and 12 year olds.

They polled ‘adults’ which means that the only qualifier was that they were breathing. Gallup’s polls are for the most part meaningless.
