They had several kids the best of whom succeeded, leaving the lesser siblings behind in the old neighborhood. Those poor specimens bred and the cycle repeated itself leaving the poorest examples of humanity behind in the increasingly bad ghetto areas. Repeat the cycle for yet another generation and soon true men of genius like these stoners are born. Such men of fine breeding are what keeps the Democrats in office, every old city has them. They are the left behind and the lost.

I have a friend with a Parole Officer for a husband. Someone mis-dialed her cell phone and wanted to buy drugs of some sort. She told them that the guy they asked for was out, but that she would pass along the message. Turned out it was one of her husband’s ‘clients’. It was too funny when the cops arrested the dudes involved.
