Since his job is representing the citizens of his congressional district, which includes shrimpers, I hope he's getting them every single penny he can.

I know, you think he should tell his constituents to shove their funding requests, because obama can decide better how to spend their tax dollars, but luckily for the residents of his district, he takes his duties seriously and gets them back as much of their tax dollars as he can.
