That’s fascinating!
A very dramatic night for baseball, was switching between the ESPN game with the yanks and rays and MASN for the O’s and Sox. Managed to see both endings. Really wild stuff.
Freegards
St. Louis Cardinals complete the biggest comeback (from the 130 game mark of the season), in MLB history.
Go Cards!
It may not be an exaggeration to say that tonight was the single greatest night in MLB history in terms of all-around drama. So many incredible story lines, it will be almost impossible for the playoffs to top this.
Great!!! Atlanta and The Red Sox are gone
Hopefully the Phills and Skanks are next
The Phills will be like the 1990s Braves, win the division and choke in the post season, though at least the Brave’s World Series win in 1995 was legitimate, unlike the Phills who had to play tricks with rain delays to win theirs
The long September Red Sox slide ends in a loss to the Orioles, and New York blows a 7 run lead to Tampa Bay. Did the Yankees take a dive for the Rays, the wild card winners to keep the Sox out of the playoffs?
The Braves snatch defeat out of the jaws of victory . . . again.
Watching the Red Sox go down always brings a smile to my face
The Dodgers were leading 7-0 in the bottom of the 9th when Arizona had two home runs in a row, one a grand slam, barely sqeeking out a win 7-5.
It’s going to be Yanks v Dbacks in the Seies with the Dbacks holding home field advantage.
10 years after the 9/11 series the Dbacks take the crown again in 2011!!!!!!1
Boom shaka laka!!!
Ok it’s prediction time.
AL
Rangers over Rays in 5
Tigers over Yankees in 5
Tigers over Rangers in 7
NL
In the Upset Special
Cardinals over the Phillies in 5
Brewers over the DBacks in 3
Brewers over the Cardinals in 6
World Series
Tigers over the Brewers in 5
Boston and Atlanta choke on the big one.
It’s good to see that the Red Sox are going to have plenty of free time to teach pre-teen homosexual recruits how to run away from “bullies” while simutaneously screaming, “Things will get better!” Maybe after they’re done with that, they can work with NASA teaching Muzzies how to like themselves.
The only people that might feel worse than Red Sox fans (spit) this morning are the Rays fans that left the stadium early to beat the traffic.
Oops.
Go, Rangers...Go, Tigers!
MLB: How the Night Was Won (Interesting timeline by ESPN)
I am still breathless over the results of the AL and NL Wild Card races last night... Incredible night!
