There seems to be a “sub-idiot/cretin” influenza that targets “teachers” both here and in the UK.

Are they all really that stupid?

Obviously not all...but I’m beginning to think that the number is asymptotically approaching 100%.

Part one of the cure: ban EVERYONE from our schools who possess any degree in which they had to take courses in “education”.

I know a couple teachers and they both just roll their eyes at this idiocy. I think that might be a large part of the problem. The teachers who just enjoy teaching kids just roll their eyes and try to ignore the idiots worried about what color of clothes witches wear. Unfortunately the idiots are driven so they jump on committees worried about things like this (which anyone sane tries to avoid) and are eventually more likely to be promoted to principal or superintendent that their rational coworkers.
