The CA ANG 129th Rescue Wing flies out of Moffett. They fly in once a month for training. Seems like they were landing in droves on Thurs and Fri this past week.

Here in KC we had a three-ship formation of something go over the house well after the NFL started. The son said they were F-18’s, so they were probably A-10’s from Whiteman. :-)
There’s an airshow in Sacramento this weekend. Maybe it’s participating in that.
It was Flight #34 from LAX to JFK..three men locked themselves in the bathroom..they already said that everyone on board was safe and this was not any type of hijacking.
I’m going with that one too. Giants @ Redskins. Maybe something for halftime?

First, it is to some extent, normal training. Second, they arrange to be able to do a fly over for football games, with backups, in the event that the first aircraft has any problem.

It was A-10’s over Arrowhead.
Sounds more like a flight from San Fransicko....
