To date there is no record of any 911 or police call that cars were being burglarized, which is what the FPD have claimed. The word is that the Slidebar Cafe management was annoyed at Kelly and other homeless hanging around the parking lot, which is actually right in the transportation center, and wanted them disbursed, so a call to "someone" went out.
IMO the story about the car break-ins was invented to justify the incident. Not one person has publicly stepped forward to report or comment on any break-ins. However, it is well-known that Kelly would pick up cigarette butts all over the lot, and that the Slidebar was especially bothered by these actions as they felt it annoyed the patrons.
Draw your own conclusions.
Kelly was euthanized by the cops because he was bad for business and a perceived blight on the community. It wasn’t planned, but it was in the back of the minds of the cops that did this.
I suspect that this happens a lot more than we know. We just never here about it, because nobody really cares about these people, it is perceived.
Nobody bargained on the fact that Kelly had a dad that really did care about him.
You could make an argument that Fullerton is better off without a mentally ill, disheveled, shirtless Kelly roaming the streets. The Nazi’s did.
If nothing is done about this, this will continue.
Well, one thing that isn't a conclusion, but a simple statement of fact is this: Simple burglary doesn't carry the death penalty anywhere in the United States. If these cops are not tried and convicted for 1st degree murder, then I would have to conclude simple burglary carries the death penalty in Fullerton.
By the way, I say 1st degree murder because it became premeditated the instant those cops refused to stop beating Kelly even when he was long past subdued and witnesses tried to get them to stop.
