Those people only respect over whelming power and authority. Just talking to them is like trying to talk to a drunk. Being poor has nothing to do with anything. They basically have no respect for anyone, even themselves. I hate to say this but they need to be put back in their place. Where that place is, is up to decent Americans of all colors and races.
