Or, a captive-bolt gun such as used in slaughterhouses would provide an even quieter response to a rape in progress, also with zero recidivism.
According to the Koran, Allah told Mohammed it’s good to rape, enslave, and murder your enemies.What that tells me is that Islam is not a genuine religion worthy of respect, and that Allah is not God.

All we have to do now is to convince Congress of that truth and we can change Islam’s protected religious status to that of a foreign and hostile confederation.
They should be castrated before they are shipped out. They could then have a sense of what their women go through.
